With over two decades of experience in games, and almost ten years at Unity, Agatha has worked with major developers and brands, held different roles from ops to creative production, and worked on everything from downloadable PC games through VR. Currently, Agatha runs the Customer Success & Ops team at Unity helping customers successfully adopt and use Unity's products, as well as optimizing internal productivity through data, AI, and software.
Penny is Head of Strategic Initiatives & GenAI at Amazon Games, where she leads programs that scale Amazon’s gaming strategy and embed generative AI as a differentiator across gameplay and development. Her career spans multiple industries, united by a focus on building premium, digital-first customer experiences. Previously, she led Product & Engineering for Prime Gaming, served as VP of Product Development at American Express, advised early- and growth-stage startups, and began her career in strategy consulting at Accenture. She is passionate about creating innovative, culturally resonant experiences for a broad player audience and expanding the role of women shaping the future of interactive entertainment.
Natasha is a Senior Solutions Architect at NVIDIA, with extensive experience as a Software Engineer at Microsoft, and as a R&D Graphics Software Engineer in Cinematics at Blizzard. She has worked on iconic titles like Diablo, World of Warcraft, Overwatch 2 and Harry Potter: Puzzles and Spells. Natasha combines her industry experience with NVIDIA's advanced technologies to turn visionary ideas into reality. Her work spans game development, AI, and computer graphics, enabling next-gen solutions that drive innovation and elevate production pipelines from AAA studios to indie game developers.
Joanie has operated in tech and gaming within different verticals throughout her career. She has served as an advisor and consultant for studios, startups, and nonprofits. Her expertise resides in business development, financial strategy, and DEI initiatives. She is dedicated to eliminating barriers and increasing access and opportunities for all. Joanie was recognized as the Most Influential CEO of 2022 by CEO Monthly and was named one of the Top 50 Women Leaders of Los Angeles of 2023 by Women We Admire.
